This document sets out the terms governing the use of the 91cg platform by all users in Malaysia. By registering for or using our services, you agree to comply with all provisions stated below. Please read carefully before proceeding.

Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 91cg platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are not permitted to use this platform.

This platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above. Use by anyone under this age is strictly prohibited. By continuing to use the platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

91cg reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Creation & Security Responsibilities

To make full use of 91cg's services, you must register an account using accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account. Registering multiple accounts is a breach of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. You are accountable for all activity that occurs under your account, whether carried out by you or by a third party who gained access through your negligence. If you suspect any unauthorised use, please contact our support team immediately.

91cg reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time as a security measure. Failure to provide the required verification may result in temporary account access being restricted until the verification process is completed.

Platform Usage Rules

Users of the 91cg platform are prohibited from engaging in the following while using our services:

Using automated software, bots, or other technical means to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
Using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law.
Manipulating, cheating, or attempting to influence game outcomes through unauthorised means.
Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.
Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account.
Taking any action that may damage, disrupt, or interfere with the platform's functionality or the experience of other users.

Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any outstanding balances or unclaimed bonuses, and legal action where necessary.

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR

All transactions on the 91cg platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support a range of local payment methods, including FPX via internet banking and popular Malaysian e-wallets. Deposits are credited to your account once the transaction has been successfully confirmed by the payment processor.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: your account must have completed the required identity verification process; any wagering requirements tied to bonuses must be met before a withdrawal can be approved; and withdrawals will be processed via the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to technical requirements.

91cg is not liable for any processing delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors. Any fees or charges imposed by third-party financial institutions are the sole responsibility of the user. For more information on transaction limits, please refer to FAQ page us.

Liability Limits & Account Policy

The 91cg platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain a stable and reliable service, we make no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, the accuracy of information, or the platform's suitability for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, 91cg shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, this platform.

Account Suspension & Closure

91cg reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, a breach of terms, or any activity that may compromise the security of the platform or other users. In cases where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining funds may be held pending the outcome of an investigation. If no breach is found, the valid balance will be returned through the appropriate channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 91cg platform — including text, graphics, logos, interfaces, and software code — is the exclusive property of 91cg or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, republish, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
